In January, I met with the staff and shared with them that it looks like 2008 was going to be a tough year for retail because of the housing slow down and the economy. I asked the staff what their thoughts were on how we should handle a potential slow down. Their suggestion was, we need to continue doing what made 2007 so great – providing personalized quality service to our customers.
Well, here we are in the middle of the 4th quarter of 2008 and we are continuing to grow and 2008 is now our best year we ever had.
I personally guarantee we are going to continue striving to improve our service.
