Description

This is the oil slinger deflector plate that is located on the crankshaft, its job is to sling oil back into the engine, Volkswagen engine did not come out of the factory with a lower pulley seal. so this and the reverse spiral thread on the back side of the pulley was the only way to keep the oil in the engine.
