Chirco Performance is one of the only VW parts dealers that offer original German parts. Our original German valve covers are reconditioned and ready to be installed. They are high quality 40 hp valve covers that have been media blasted and painted to look like new. They work incredible because they are original. It is always a good idea to replace your valve cover gaskets if you are going to be replacing the valve cover. The valve cover gaskets ensure a tight seal so there wouldn’t be any leaks. Our valve cover gaskets are made up of rubber and cork. We offer calve cover gaskets for all VW beetles and VW buses. While you are digging around in the valve cover area, grab a few new vw valve cover clips because that may be a reason for your leak as well. Often times, the clips will lose tension over time causing the leak in the valve cover. If you replace these, it is one more troubleshooting task that can be marked off of the list.
