These are our Heavy Duty replacement spring plates VW for all Swing axle cars with the 21 3/4  long torsion bars, Sold in Pairs.

Chirco carries spring plates for both IRS and Swing Axle Transmission

There are also three styles to chose from;
Chrome, Heavy Duty and VW Adjustable Spring Plates

Please make sure you determine the length of your torsion bars when ordering.
Torsion bars came in three lengths for Air Cooled Beetles
Short  – 21 3/4 inches The torsion cap does not have a hole in it.
Medium – 24 11/16 inches
Long – 26 9/16 inches The torsion tube sticks out 6 inches from the spring plate.
